After your trial ends, you keep access to your account, but all domain data collection stops — and historical data becomes temporarily unavailable until you choose a plan. When your 14-day trial ends, your DMARCeye account remains active — you can still log in and manage your settings. However, the following restrictions apply:
  • Data collection for all domains stops immediately
    • No new DMARC reports will be processed or stored until you activate a paid plan.
  • Previously collected data becomes temporarily unavailable
    • You won’t be able to view your historical reports or dashboard insights until you select a subscription.
  • You must reduce the number of domain slots
    • If you want to switch to the Free plan, make sure only one domain remains in your account. Otherwise, you’ll need to upgrade to a plan that matches your current number of domain slots.

💡 Good to know

Your data is not deleted — once you subscribe to a plan, all previously collected reports and history become visible again. You can choose a plan anytime from your billing settings.
