To make collaboration and user management easier, DMARCeye is structured into a few simple concepts. Here’s what each of them means.

User Profile

Your profile represents your personal identity on the platform. It includes:
  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Language preference
  • Email settings
Profile settings are personal and only affect you, regardless of which account you’re using.

Account

An account serves as the primary workspace for managing domain monitoring and billing. Each account includes:
  • A separate domain list
  • Account-wide settings
  • Shared access for invited team members
  • Its own subscription and billing
  • API Token
You can manage multiple accounts (for example, if you’re an agency handling several clients), and each account may have different settings and even a distinct payment method.

Team

The team is a group of people granted access to a single account. Each member can assume different roles (Administrator, Editor, Viewer), which define their access and permissions.

Summary

By understanding this structure, you can easily:
  • Keep your personal preferences intact
  • Collaborate securely with others
  • Manage multiple workspaces (accounts) with clarity
Need to invite someone to help manage a set of domains? Just add them to your account as a team member — they’ll keep their own profile but will gain access to everything they need.
