Learn how we charge for new domain slots when added to an active annual subscription — including pro-rated billing. If you’re on an annual plan, you can add new domain slots anytime during your subscription. We calculate the additional cost on a pro-rata basis — based on the number of months remaining in your billing cycle.

How it works

  • Each new domain slot is billed from the time it’s added until the end of your current annual term.
  • You are only paying for the remaining part, not a full year again.
  • Pricing is determined by your current per-slot rate.
Example: Your annual plan started in January with 10 domain slots. In July, you add 2 more. You’ll pay a pro-rated amount for those 2 slots covering the remaining 6 months.

How you’re charged

  • Charges are processed right after adding the slot(s).
  • The amount is listed on a separate invoice from Paddle.
  • You will still get one combined renewal invoice at the end of your yearly term.

Good to know

  • You can add multiple slots at once or individually—whichever fits your workflow.
  • Removed domains do not impact billing — the slot stays available until renewal.
  • At your next renewal, we will recalculate the total number of slots and generate your complete invoice accordingly.
