What is an Account Member?

An Account Member is someone you invite to join your DMARC/eye account so they can help monitor domains, review reports, and manage settings. Each member can be assigned a role that defines what they can do (e.g., Admin or Viewer). Only users with the Owner or Admin role can invite others.

How to Invite a New Member

  1. Go to Settings → Team in the top menu
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. Select their role (Admin or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invite
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join the account.

Available Roles

  • Owner - The person who originally created the account.
  • Admin – Full access to settings, reports, domains, and team management
  • Viewer – Read-only access to data and reports

Requirements & Limitations

  1. Only available in Scale and Enterprise plans
  2. There is no limit on how many users you can invite
  3. Members will see and interact with everything in the account — notifications, domains, reports, etc.
