How to cancel
- Log in to your DMARCeye account
- Go to Billing
- Click on “Manage Subscription & Invoices”
- You will be redirected to the Paddle customer portal
- In the portal, choose “Cancel Subscription” and confirm
After canceling
- Your current plan will stay active until the end of the billing period
- You won’t be charged again after that
- All your domain slots will be deactivated when the plan expires
Monthly vs. Annual plans
- Monthly plan: Your subscription ends at the end of the current month
- Annual plan: Your subscription stays active until the end of your prepaid year
What happens to your data?
- Your account and settings will stay accessible if you choose to re-subscribe later.
- However, DMARC data collection will cease when your plan expires, and access to historical reports will be temporarily paused.
