How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Billing section in your DMARC/eye account — here’s how it works.

You can cancel your DMARC/eye subscription anytime directly through the app. The process is quick, self-serve, and doesn’t require contacting support unless you choose to.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your DMARC/eye account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click on “Manage Subscription & Invoices”
  4. You will be redirected to the Paddle customer portal
  5. In the portal, choose “Cancel Subscription” and confirm

After canceling

  • Your current plan will stay active until the end of the billing period
  • You won’t be charged again after that
  • All your domain slots will be deactivated when the plan expires

Monthly vs. Annual plans

  • Monthly plan: Your subscription ends at the end of the current month
  • Annual plan: Your subscription stays active until the end of your prepaid year

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time

What happens to your data?

  • Your account and settings will stay accessible if you choose to re-subscribe later.
  • However, DMARC data collection will cease when your plan expires, and access to historical reports will be temporarily paused.

Want to keep your data or downgrade instead? You can switch to the Basic plan (1 domain slot) instead of canceling entirely.
