Switching between accounts

If you manage multiple DMARC/eye accounts, such as for different clients or business entities, switching between them is easy.

If you’re on a Scale or Enterprise plan, you can use the multi-account feature, which is especially helpful for agencies, consultants, or large organizations managing multiple clients or business units under one login.

How to Switch Accounts

You can switch between your accounts in two ways:

1. Using the Sidebar Menu

At the bottom left of the DMARC/eye interface, your current account name appears. Click it to see a dropdown list of all accounts you’re a member of. Choose the account you'd like to switch to.

2. Through the Accounts Section

Go to Accounts in the top menu bar. This section shows all accounts you belong to, along with your role in each. Click on the desired account to switch to it.
