Billing is Account-Based

Each account in DMARC/eye has its own billing profile.
  • Separate subscription plan
  • Dedicated billing information (invoice recipient, billing address, payment method)
  • Separate invoices and billing records
This allows you to assign different billing details to each account you manage.

Multiple Accounts, One Login

You can create multiple accounts with a single user login (email address). Each account is considered a separate billing entity.
For example, an agency can maintain one account per client, each with its own billing setup and subscription plan.

Team Members and Billing Access

Only users with the Administrator role are able to view and manage billing information. If you add more team members to an account, you can select their roles—administrators have full access, including to billing and invoices.
Trial Limitations: The 14-day free trial is available only once, for the first account a user creates. Additional accounts must choose a paid plan immediately.
