DMARCeye allows you to customize what types of emails you receive and stay informed about the topics that matter most to you. By default, all email notifications are enabled, so you won’t miss any important updates when you first create your account.

Where to Find Email Preferences

To manage your email notifications:
  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Navigate to the Email Preferences section
  3. Review and adjust your notification settings
  4. Click Save changes to apply your preferences

Notification Categories

You can choose which types of emails you want to receive by enabling or disabling the following categories:

Marketing Information

  • Updates about promotions, special offers, and marketing campaigns

Industry Insights

  • Expert analysis, trends, and data-driven insights
  • Helps you stay informed and make better decisions in your industry

Customer Service Communication

  • Important product-related communication
  • Includes release notes, new features, improvements, and announcements

  • Customer service-related information and updates

Tips

  • You can update your preferences at any time
  • Disabling certain categories will stop those emails, but you may still receive essential account-related communication when necessary
  • Make sure to click Save changes after updating your settings
