Where to Find Email Preferences
To manage your email notifications:- Go to My Profile
- Navigate to the Email Preferences section
- Review and adjust your notification settings
- Click Save changes to apply your preferences
Notification Categories
You can choose which types of emails you want to receive by enabling or disabling the following categories:Marketing Information
- Updates about promotions, special offers, and marketing campaigns
Industry Insights
- Expert analysis, trends, and data-driven insights
- Helps you stay informed and make better decisions in your industry
Customer Service Communication
- Important product-related communication
- Includes release notes, new features, improvements, and announcements
Product Updates
- Requests for feedback
- Customer service-related information and updates
Tips
- You can update your preferences at any time
- Disabling certain categories will stop those emails, but you may still receive essential account-related communication when necessary
- Make sure to click Save changes after updating your settings
