Bart is available on paid plans and included in the 14-day trial.

Where to find it

You can open Bart from anywhere in DMARCeye, in two ways:
  • Mini chat — click the red robot icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. This opens a chat panel next to what you’re looking at, so it’s the quickest way to ask about the report or screen in front of you. Expand it to full screen whenever you want more room.
  • Full AI Chat — select AI Chat in the left sidebar to open the full chat page. It keeps all your conversations in one place and suggests example prompts to get you started.
In both, you can attach images or screenshots to your question. In the mini chat, you can ask directly about your current screen view, without attaching a screenshot.
1

Ask a question

Ask something general (“How has my DMARC compliance changed?”) or something about the page you’re on (“Tell me more about the failures from this IP”).
2

Read the answer

Bart loads the relevant report data and replies with the figures, plus Key Insights and Recommendations.

General and specific questions

Bart tailors his answer to your question:
  • General questions get a general answer about DMARC or your account.
  • Specific questions — including those about the report or page you’re viewing — get an answer grounded in your data.
When Bart loads data to answer, the source is shown at the top of the answer — for example, Loaded data: list_domains — so you always know where the numbers come from. In the mini chat, a Related this page / General toggle lets you set this explicitly: keep it on Related this page to focus on the report in front of you, or switch to General to ask about anything. When you ask about a specific page, that context is saved with the chat. A red breadcrumb tag at the top of each conversation — for example Report detail – IP — links straight back to the exact report you asked from, so you never lose track of which data a chat refers to.

Managing your chats

Open the full AI Chat window to see all your conversations in one place. From there you can:
  • Start a new chat, or continue an existing one — the context is retained from where you started it.
  • Search your chats with full-text search, and filter them.
  • Tag chats to group them into categories.
  • Rename, pin, or delete a chat.

Saving, sharing, and exporting

Each answer has its own actions:
  • Save — click the bookmark icon to save an answer to your Saved content, with an editable title. Saved content is its own library: full-text search it, filter it, and tag it, so useful answers stay easy to find and reuse.
  • Email to a team member — click the envelope icon, choose one or more colleagues from your account, and send them the answer.
  • Export — export a whole chat, or an item from Saved content, as PDF, HTML, or JSON.

Availability

Bart is included on paid plans, as well as the 14-day trial (with a 10-message limit in the trial). See Pricing Plan Overview for what each plan includes.
