Notification settings

Stay informed with tailored alerts and reports — delivered where and when you need them.

What are Notification Settings?

Notification settings in DMARC/eye allow you to define how and where alerts and summary reports are sent. This includes:

  • DMARC alerts (e.g., authentication issues or policy violations)
  • Weekly summaries of domain performance and compliance

These settings help ensure that the right people on your team are always in the loop.

Global Account-Based Configuration

Notification preferences are configured at the account level and apply to all users within that account. This means:

  • All team members share the same global notification rules.
  • Notifications will be sent regardless of a user’s role or personal profile settings.

Email Recipients per Domain

For more control, you can define who receives notifications for each domain individually.

  • You can add one or more email addresses (internal or external) for any domain.
  • This allows, for example, external IT partners or specific stakeholders to receive alerts for selected domains only.

How to Configure Notifications

  1. Go to Domain → Notifications in your DMARC/eye Domains section.
  2. Choose the domains you want to configure.
  3. Add one or more email addresses for:
    1. Alerts (e.g., failed authentication events)
    2. Summary reports (daily or weekly)
  4. Save your settings — changes take effect immediately.
