Notification settings in DMARC/eye allow you to define how and where alerts and summary reports are sent. This includes:
DMARC alerts (e.g., authentication issues or policy violations)
Weekly summaries of domain performance and compliance
These settings help ensure that the right people on your team are always in the loop.
Notification preferences are configured at the account level and apply to all users within that account. This means:
All team members share the same global notification rules.
Notifications will be sent regardless of a user’s role or personal profile settings.
For more control, you can define who receives notifications for each domain individually.
You can add one or more email addresses (internal or external) for any domain.
This allows, for example, external IT partners or specific stakeholders to receive alerts for selected domains only.
Go to Domain → Notifications in your DMARC/eye Domains section.
Choose the domains you want to configure.
Add one or more email addresses for:
Alerts (e.g., failed authentication events)
Summary reports (daily or weekly)
Save your settings — changes take effect immediately.
