Setting up Reports and Notifications
You can receive DMARC reports directly to your email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams workspace. To set up notifications:
Go to the Notifications tab in your domain settings.
Choose which reports you want to receive:
Weekly report (enabled by default)
Monthly report
Real-time alert notifications
Add the destination for your notifications:
Email: Enter the addresses you want to send reports to.
Slack: Choose a connected Slack channel.
Microsoft Teams: Choose a connected Teams channel.
Once configured, you’ll receive summaries with your domain’s DMARC compliance status, top senders, and deliverability insights.
Setting up Alerts for Compliance Drops
To get notified when your domain’s compliance significantly drops:
Go to Alerts > Settings.
Set your Compliance Drop threshold — e.g., 25%.
Define the Time Frame to monitor this drop — e.g., 24 hours.
Once the alert condition is met, you’ll receive a notification through the configured channels.
This is useful for spotting sudden deliverability issues, such as:
New phishing attempts using your domain.
Misconfigured email services.
Unexpected infrastructure changes.
