But what happens if the trial ends and you haven’t selected a plan?
You will still be able to log in and access your account.
However, your domains will immediately stop collecting new data.
The DMARC reports and historical data previously gathered will also be hidden until a plan is activated.
If you have more than one domain, you won’t be able to switch to the Basic plan.
In that case, you must either:
Remove additional domains to use Basic
Or upgrade to the Scale plan (which starts at 2 domain slots minimum)
To avoid any disruption:
Go to Settings → Billing
Select your preferred plan
Activate monthly or annual billing
You’ll be billed immediately and data collection will resume without interruption
