You can cancel your DMARC/eye subscription at any time from within the app. The process is fast, self-service, and doesn’t require contacting support (unless you prefer to).
How to cancel
Log in to your DMARC/eye account
Go to Settings → Billing
Click on “Manage Subscription & Invoices”
You will be redirected to the Paddle customer portal
In the portal, choose “Cancel Subscription” and confirm
After canceling:
Your current plan will stay active until the end of the billing period
You won’t be charged again after that
ll your domain slots will be deactivated when the plan expires
Monthly vs. Annual plans
Monthly plan: Your subscription ends at the end of the current month
Annual plan: Your subscription stays active until the end of your prepaid year
(We do not offer partial refunds for unused time)
What happens to your data?
Your account and settings will remain available in case you decide to re-subscribe later.
However, DMARC data collection will stop when your plan expires, and access to historical reports will be paused.
Want to keep your data or downgrade instead? You can switch to the Basic plan (1 domain slot) instead of canceling completely.
