# Create new account

*Create separate workspaces for different clients or brands. Available only on Scale and Custom plans, multi-account support lets you manage independent domains, teams, and billing under one login.*

## Available on Scale and Agency/Custom plans only

DMARCeye offers multi-account management, enabling users on advanced plans to **create and oversee multiple separate accounts** with a single login. This feature is especially beneficial for **agencies, consultants, or large enterprises** managing different clients, departments, or brands independently.

### **Who can create new accounts?**

Only users with the Scale or Agency/Custom subscription plans can create and manage multiple accounts.

* Each account functions **independently** — with its own domains, settings, team members, and subscription.
* You need to **own** your current account to create a new one.

### **What happens when you create a new account?**

When you create a new account:

* You gain **ownership** of that account.
* The new account includes a **free 30-day trial**, but **only for your first account**. Any other accounts you create will start with a paid plan or trial limits based on your subscription agreement.

**Each account has its own:**

* Team and roles
* Billing and invoices
* Notification settings
* Set of domains and slot usage

## **How to create an additional account**

1. Click on your profile in the bottom left corner.
2. Navigate to “Accounts”.
3. Click “Create New Account”.
4. Choose a name for your new account and confirm.

You can now switch between accounts using the **account switcher in the bottom left corner** of your interface or through the “Accounts” section.

### **Why have multiple accounts?**

* Separate access for each client or brand
* Different billing details for each unit
* Limit communication between teams
* Simpler permission and role management
